Sunware Solar Panels (Marine Grade)

SunWare Solar Panels are designed and tested (in Germany) specifically for use in marine environments and salt water. Sunware Marine solar modules are completely maintenance-free, extremely durable, and weather-proof - they can even be walked on. An ideal power source for boats and yachts, caravans and motorhomes.

Even under extreme exposure to UV rays whether in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, or the North Sea, SunWare marine solar panels are always a reliable source of energy. The Sunware Marine range is 'semi-flexible' and can be fitted on slightly curved surfaces (up to 3%). If a semi-flexible marine solar panel is not suitable for your particular installation, we also offer a range of flexible marine solar panels from Flexcell.

All of our marine solar panels are also available as complete kits which include everything you need to get your new solar panel system set up as quickly as possible.

Key features of Sunware Solar Panels:

• All 12V standard solar modules are designed with 40 cells, so can be fitted without rear ventilation.
• 4 additionally integrated cells compensate for efficiency lost due to high ambient temperature and allow full battery charging.
• The back of the panel is completely flat so it can be screwed or glued flush to the deck, but with a curve of up to 3% (3cm per metre).
• Due to the extremely low-profile design, the panel only adds 3mm, and 15mm at the cable outlet.
• All panels include a 3m PU sheathed cable which is robust, UV resistant and weatherproof.
• To reduce the risk of slipping in wet conditions, the panel surface is slightly roughened.
• Each individual panel is fully tested and calibrated prior to delivery.
